SIR, I have ordered above said item as per Order No:[protected] & sub order No:8376547 on 27 Jul 14.But on 02 Aug14, I have received defected combo bike cover.I have lodged a complaint with your sales excutive on same day in evening and I have lodged many complaints, But I have not get satisfied answer from any of your sales excutive.The complaint NO are as: 1.[protected]n 02 Aug 14,
2.[protected] On 20 Aug 14,
3.[protected] On 24 Sep 14,
4.[protected] On 25 Oct 14.and,
How Many times I have made a calls to your customer care sales excutive on[protected] number I do not remember now? I have already dispatched the defected order as per given address by SMS on : G Planet Wz-48B, Jwala Heri Market, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063, On date:11 Aug14 through DTDC Courier & Cargo LTD.The CN No is: *Z 31108473*and the confirmation of delivery also I got By your excutive on 13 Aug 14. Whenever I make a call to your customer care, every time they replied that wate for some ? What is time limit of waiting as per your policy I want to know now?
