Homeshop18 — awaiting for a refund from past one and half month

This is regards to the order number #[protected]. I had received a defective product and was told to send it back for a replacement or refund. I sent it back in january and provided all the details required by homeshop to track my courier. However there is no proper response now the team leaders dont speak to me. The guy named arjun from backend who is following up on my complaint does not call even after repeated requests placed at the cust care. Worst ever service received. I have attached the photo proof of the POD.
