This is the second time we are filing a complaint for the same product, for which the query has not been clarified yet. The first complaint goes like this- 'We ordered for an indo-western outfit, then asked for replacement that very day of receiving the product. The product was picked from my house after more than 2 weeks, and it has already been more than 2 months and we have not received our product. We have called more than 10 times...

Around one month passed, Even after reminding frequently on phone the fix reply from your representative is about delivery We don’t have any update, when your product will be delivered. You will get call back tomorrow positively regarding your delivery. This reply m getting since 27th Nov’2014 onwards, but till date no call from your side regarding when product will delivered. Want to to know when (2 jeans or Rs 1200/-...

i had brought 2 dresses from homeshop 18 on 19 nov 2014 with order no.
