I have recd homeshop18 order No[protected] on 20 Dec 14 & returned the same to the addressee as given to me by your homeshop18 team on 23 Dec 14 through DTDC courier. I am asking for the replacement of said product with another product which I already conveyed to your homeshop18 team as product code No[protected]Casserole - Cutting Edge- Red Colour). Inspite of product recd back by your company on 27 Dec 14, i did not recd any call regarding my replacement of above product till date. So kindly looking into the matter & needful action at the earliest convenience please. I am enclsoing invoice & courier details for your ready reference and necessary action please.
