Dear sir, I had purchased data wind tablet along with Key Board in the month of Feb 2015 (Docket No[protected] . I had made complaint that this Data wind tablet is having problem . It is not working at all. It is surprising to note that it is more than 30 days my complaint is not being attended. HS18 is a big brand and if our queries are not resolved we will loose faith in Online shopping and this will have a very bad impact on your brand. Request you to kindly look into the matter and get my Tablet replaced immediately. I am continuously chasing HS18 but I am not getting satisfied reply from your end. Please help.
