[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Damaged crystal 10 in one kitchen machine. | |||
I had ordered a Crystal 10 in 1 Kitchen Machine on 3rd oct 2015.I called the customer care about the product and ask for refund.I have send the product thourgh indian post and the packet retruned to me after 7day.They refuse to take the packet.When i called the customer care and tell them about the packet retruned to me they asked me to send the courier again .When i asked them the reason why my pack is returned then they don't have any answer and kept ask me to send the packet again though standard courier service.I had paid 960rs for product and 137rs for courier cost and now again standard courier service will cost me 620rs.I had to paid 1700rs for a damaged product.they will refund only one time courier chages and product cost that is 1150rs only.Please refund my all expense that i have bear for this damaged product than i will send the product again.
