[Resolved] Homeshop18 — DAMAGED PRODUCT (BERG MULTI CUSION) DELIVERY | |||
Respected Sir, i made order of your product vide order no.[protected], product name - Berg multi cusion, on Oct' 13 on cash before delivery basis. Cash has been collected in Oct'13 itself. After making 10 times telephonic complaint, then product has been supplied on 29 Nov' 13 through overnite courier (AVP NO.- [protected]). I shocked as the product ( Berg Multi Cusion) delivered is totally damaged.Thus i refuse to accept the product and return it to courier and again made telephonic complaint for its replacement. Take my complaint on prior basis as i am harras by the services of Homeshop18 and make delivery of product at your very earliest. I feel myself that i become fool by trusting your organization, accepted your policy of cash before delivery and made payment. Thus i am requesting through this forum to save me from this cheating policy of Homeshop18 as in payment invoice letter they made commitment to supply the product within 10-12 working days.
