i have purchase a signature blanket but item received is defected on call customer care he told me for return through courier then why i am sent this through courier. as you forward the same the same may please be collected and provide me new blanket or return my money. contact no. [protected]

Updated by sanjeeva priyadarshini why i send item through any courier service, it is your responsibility to collect order at my home or exchange delivered at my home. this is very bad experience with me by HS18.

Sorry for the unpleasant experience

Request you to kindly return the unused product in a travel worthy condition and place a paper in the box with your order number and complaint written on it.

Request you to also mention the order number and sub order number both on the parcel without fail.

Please affix the address label mentioning the order number and the below address-

NITC P. Ltd. TCI SCS, C/O Acorn Warehouse's & Logistics Park Block 3, 68, Vill - Kapriwas & Malpura, Taluq- Dharuhera, Rewari-123106

Please send the product by any reputed courier and mail the scanned copy of courier receipt to [protected]@homeshop18.com to re-imburse the charges.

Once it is picked up, please provide us the Airway Bill number and dispatch date, for us to follow up with the vendor and process replacement.
