Homeshop18 — Defected Mobile Phone send for 3rd Time | |||
I order Spice Mobile Xlife M5 (Silver Colour) on 12 Aug' 2015 (Order No:[protected] which i received on 15 Aug' 2015 but with Front and Sides of Mobile Phone in Golden Color, Back Panel in Silver Color and Flip Color in Silver Color. I register complaint regarding same on HS18 Customer Care and i was asked to email the pictures of defected parts. I did that and then i was asked to send handset back and they will replace the handset under New Order No:[protected]. I received this order on 24 Aug' 2015 but with same defect. I again call HS18 Customer care and inform them regarding repeated defect. My call was transferred to number of executives and i also received several callbacks and at last i agreed to send the package back for replacement under new order No:[protected] which i received on 2 September' 2015 but again (For 3rd Time) with same defect. Every time i called HS 18 Customer care i was asked to pack and send the handset back and they will replace it and i was given surety that this time they will ensure that right item is getting dispatched from their end but this is for 3 rd time i get same defected and getting harassed from HS18 since last 20 days. Today when i again called HS18, they are again having same replies for apologies, sending handset back etc etc. Was this information helpful? | |||
