[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Defective battery of Spice mobile | |||
I had purchased a mobile of Spice M-5415 dual Sim vide my order no[protected] sub order no 76067553 through Home shop18. The invoice no is BLR/042014/3978 and was delivered to me on 11th April 2014 at 19 hours. The battery of Phone is swollen and can not be used. This was informed to home shop18 immediately on customer care.E-mail also send to this effect. The customer care of Spice[protected] does not respond. Home shop is niether giving replacement or refund the payment instead asking to contact Spice who does not respond, . I am unable to run around for replacement as I am a senior citizen, the reason for shopping through net. I am enclosing photos of swollen battery.
