Homeshop18 — defective item delivered

Respected Sir/madam, This is Jyothi i had purchased an roti maker from homeshop 18 and it got delivered on 6th april 2015 HS18 order[protected] when i saw that i was defected one so i would like to return it and want my money back. I repeatedly called and complaint have been registered no is[protected] but till now no one is responding nor come they have come to collect that back im worried very much plz i request you to take back the defected peice and return back the money as soon as possible.
