[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Defective product delivered

I have ordered for Crystal 7 Pc Non stick Cookware Set New Purple as on 10th Sep-14 and got the delivery as on 15/09/14 with a defective item and I have informed to their customer care no, and I have been assured that they will pick the product and refund my amount, then after 5-10 minutes i have got a message from them that, I have to send the product to their given address and when I have called their customer car then they said they can't help me I have to send the product to their given address and the courier cost is 1200.00 my product cost was 2499.00 do you really think this is justified.

One thing that i have learned these online and tvshow merchants are fraud, once your amount is paid then you can not do anything against them.

Please find the attached files for the images.

I Ordered a phone from your website to gift by beloved friend and feel very sad to hear from my friend that it is a defective piece they are facing two problem's from starting.

1)Getting a noise while speaking on the phone.
2)Mobile Getting switched off automatically with out any intimation(NO BATTERY PROBLEM)

Recently display is not reflecting correctly.

Kindly look into this issue and provide me the resolution ASAP.

Your product comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty and this can be exercised at the service centers. We request you to kindly co-ordinate with them and register the complaint
