[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Defective Product Delivered ! No Response / Action Taken even after Reminder ! | |||
Hello, I had ordered a "15 Sets Collections by Touchstone" from Home Shop 18 on 31st Oct, 2014. The Item was delivered on 3rd Nov, 2014. The packing for the item had not been opened until 6th Nov, 2014 because the intended recipient of the product was not available at the time the order was delivered. On opening the item, we found that barring the top piece all the other sets are completely defective. At the present state, the product cannot be used at all. On calling the customer care, we were given a cold reply by the customer care executive who was not even ready to listen to the grievance. Following are the Order Details: Order No :[protected] Sub Order No : 91541237 Invoice No : TOUC/14-15/42509 I urge you to consider this as an official complaint and deliver a new, fully functional and defect free item that was initially ordered or else return my complete money back. In the event of the complaint not being assertively acted upon, I will lodge a complaint in the consumer court for justice. Look forward to a positive resolution on this problem.
