Homeshop18 — Defective product recieved | |||
Hi I placed an order for Jewellery Collection by Kumkum Jewels 14 sets on 02.07.2015. the order was delivered on 03.07.2015. however, When i opened the box, I noticed that beads and jewels from the necklaces were loose also the finish was not good. I immedialtely contacted the HomeShop18 helpline and informed them about the defect. I requested for a refund. however, all i was given was an assurance that I will recieve a call.however I did not recieve any call. I am still waiting for the call. I would like to have my money back, and I have amde a vow bever to buy from homeShop18 again. my order number[protected] and sub order number[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||

hey you are right.i also faced the same problem as you, homeshop18 is such a fake site.
