[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Defective product supplied

I have purchased a Handy Vaccum cleaner from HS18, it was not functioning from the first day itself. I have given
several complaints thru phone and emails. Now they are telling to return the product and asking me to wait for 10 days (that also there is no guarantee that replacement will get). Please find below the Order no and Suborder no.

With their messages they are telling they will respond with in 2 working days.

But in my case they have taken 1 week to respond and asking me to send back the product, after showing customer complaints in portals whether i can send back the product with out any fear? that they will replace with a new product or a refund?

We request kindly stop their broadcasting in TV Channels atleast some other customers will not be cheated.

Kindly give me a favourable reply.

HS18 called me on 04/10/14 and promised me to take back the product with in 72 hours. Today 72 hours completed. Still
they have not responded.

Today at 8.55 pm, i have received a call from HS18 and asking me Rs. 25 for returning the above product, i told i will not kgive any single paise for sending back the product. I told to them that i have already registered a complaint on consumer court, then they are telling what the consumer court will do?

Please do something. Once again requesting you to stop their broadcasting in TV Channels. Atleast some others will not be cheated.

According to their last reply(18/10/14) they told they will refund with in 7-8 working days, yesterday also i asked to their customer care
they are asking to wait for 7 more working days.
