[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Defective Sewing Machine of Singer | |||
We booked order No[protected] for Singer sewing Machine. The Product was delivered on 4th April 2014. The Machine is defective and not working.We contacted Home shop 18 Customer care, they gave us the customer care no of Singer. Complaint no 1336 was booked with Singer, but nobody visited till date 18.04.2014. We booked various complaints with HS 18 also, they assured us that we will collect defective product and replace with new one. However, even after booking three complaints with HS 18 no action has been taken. We are unable to contact Singer because nobody picks up the call. Please Help. Was this information helpful? | |||

Request you to kindly return the product to the address given below as we do not have reverse pick up at your locality. Please provide us the airway bill number and dispatch date, for us to follow up. We shall reimburse the freight charged incurred in sending the product back.
