Homeshop18 — Delay in Delivery

Ordered my product on 23 Oct it was showing delivery in 6 working days but Still not Got Delivery of the product, site keeps updating expected Delivery Date first it was showing 2 Nov then it was updated to 4 Nov now its showing Delayed without any Expected Delivery Date. Pathetic Experience with Homeshop18. Don't know when will i get the Product. My Order No :[protected]
