[Resolved] Homeshop18 — delay in replacement and false information | |||
Hi, i ordered a micromax mobile phone model micromax E390 CDMA black order no[protected] which i recieved on 17 th june.but as cdma is not supporting here i called custmer care up for repace with gsm phone.from 17 june to till date day always gve me answer in next 24 hours or 48 hours..but the strange is that on 9 july when i again called them they told me that we refused to return the thing which is not true as nobody came to us from homeshop18 ..i am not new to homeshop18 but this is my worst experience with them.kindly short out my problems as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
