[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Delayed replacement of set of 12 lipsticks by color care | |||
I had received the product on 29/08/2014 & the very same day, logged a complaint to the home shop18 Customer Care Executive stating problems with the product and need of Replacement. Customer care executives have told that after collecting the defective product, new product will be dispatched to you within week. On 6/092014 product was collected through courier .But now it has been long time and completion of the whole month but still my product is not yet delievered to me. I have made many calls to executives after that, but my efforts were in vain.Still I have not received my product. Was this information helpful? | |||

dated 13th September 2014 for Spice Dual Sim Dual Core Android Phone - Mi506-Black
