Homeshop18 — Delivered Different product and ignoring my complaint

Sir, I have a complaint against Homeshop18 under my online order number 82263849 dated 15 July 2014.I ordered a "Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print" on 8th July 2014 but they sent a "Hair curler" on 15th July 2014. How they can do this big mistake in their service? An now they are saying I should courier the wrong product to the company address. And no where mentioned this during online shopping if they fail to provide proper service for my area then I have to courier this. In that case, I would not purchase anything from Homeshop18. And I am medical patient and for me this is one kind of harassment. I am saying this every day whole week almost 8-9 times over phone [protected] and in email and in feedback form, but they are just is ignoring my complaint by saying that I should courier the wrong product - hair curler to the comp address but since this is the mistake of the company so the wrong product should get replaced at my home itself, as I have given the payment so I want my correct order - "Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print" at my address. As I am medical patient so they should collect the wrongly delivered product - "hair curler". I am not able to track my complaint in their website and not even I am able to communicate with the company management also. I am feeling hopeless and begging you for helping me. I hope the company will take appropriate action and either they send my correct oder - "Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print" at my address or refund my money - Rs- 2099. This is my very bad experience from online shopping. Please let me know when I will get "Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print" at my address or refund my money - Rs- 2099.

Still I did get any update on this Complaint. Any update from HomeShop18?
Sir please help me. Homeshop18 is not taking any action against my complaint according to their return policy. They sent different product and harassing me as I am a patient. Please suggest how can I get back my money return at my home. After that they will reverse pickup from my home. For their bad service why I am getting punishment.
I did almost everyday follow up with hs18 for the reverse pickup through email, phone, feedback form, hs18 ticket and already one month gone and they didn't do this. At last I had to sent the wrong product to homeshop18 address on 8th august 2014 to get my money rs- 2319/- (including courier change) back for my medical liabilities. On 10th August and 13th August 2014, I sent the scanned copy of the courier receipt at [protected]@homeshop18.com and informed this through ticket #[protected] also.

But status of awb no - V17144456 is showing as refused by HS18. Today I also asked HS18 to track courier details and do the needful for refunding my money.

Attached the scanned copy of the courier receipt and please help me on this as I already mentioned you my medical condition is very critical and I am feeling irritating/tired to follow up last one month.
