This is finally written to Homeshop18, Dont believe any purchase on Homeshop18 they never help you HomeShope18, Its my last communication to HS18 once seen ..delete my profile from you database please, I feel very same my profile with you, IF any HS18 –Business higher can seen this mail, My below advice help you, Why because I always think my enemy also so be good, 1, You people is thinking only short time business not thinking in long time business & not known business trick And not known how to change online customer to convert as regular customer .through this your current approach definitely You can not stand maximum 1 year in this competitive Ecom business 2, I booked the complaint immediately once damaged product received, but your customer support, even escalation call attended your customer support excutive not asking to share the damaged received product photo or snaps & by cheating mentality purposefully you not enabled such snap upload option in online Ticket raised by customer ----- So i clearly understand You are going to cheat me and not in care about customer /my complaint 3, I made both way complaint, First booked Online complaint & Second Phone call complaint but your people easily closed My online complaint as duplicate case, So i clearly understand You are going to cheat me and not in care about customer /my complaint 4, You are not arranged reverse pick up of damaged product - So i clearly understand You are going to cheat me and not in care about customer /my complaint Such your[ HOW to make customer STUPID ] HS18 ways for cheating business i can pointout Finally you telling me to send the materials to XY address on my own cost and not arranging Reverse pick up with your very well business tiedup courier I know very well what will happen next If i will send the material to You mentioned XY address, your people will inform after my 1000 Phonecalls the product is not received warehouse and after my several calls to respective couriers and you finally you will convey the product received & payment process is going on and will arrange payment cheque as earlier, but you will not do anything even after 1 year and not going to settle any payment . Thanks your entire HS18 team try to made me fool but i slightly escaped atleast made me through the damaged product in my hand to my dust bin. Myself satisfied i wasted my money in my hand and not further expensed by irresponsible HS18 faith . I will share my very good experience with you in all Internet –Complaint log sites & from this experience atleast my friends on NET will escape Your cheating business, If really you have stuff replay through this public websites, & From today onwards Pls don’t try to cheat customer in any single way .
