[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Facing Problem in getting replacement and refund for faulty product Complain No.[protected]

Dear Sir, I am facing problem in getting refund / replacement. I am following up with Customer Care since long time and no positive response, I received. Only I am getting same response, You(me) will get call from concern team(It's been approx. 4 months). I already sent back the faulty product to the address which Homeshpe18 CC officer had provided (It's also been more than 2 months). Also, when I am talking to them they are asking me for the provide me the document which I have already provided them but still I can not received any response from them. Please help me to get my refund from the Homeshope18. It's been approx 4 months and I do not have anything. They are only harassing to the customer. Regards, Vinod Kr. Singh

Hi CC Officer,

Thanks for placing the order after such a long time (Approx. 4 months). This time I am hoping I will not get defective products. Also, Can I have update for the amount for the courier changes(180 Rs.) via IPO, for that I already sent receipt to you . When I can get reimbursed?
