On evening 15/11/2014 Berg Roti maker was delivered to my home After using it for first
time The product seems that proper Earthing has not been done for the appliance my wife got mild electric
shock when touching it Every other kitchen appliance is running smoothly as usual
have sent several mail regarding this to customer care they sent automated response no calls from customer service
so till date
