This complain is regarding my order no[protected]Usha Room Heater - Halogen Heater - 3203-H). I ordered 2 pieces in 1st week of JAN-2014. Out of delivered 2 pieces one was absolutely fine, no issues at all and other one was damaged, full of scars and faulty rotor as well. It was no at all functioning and anybody can say it was a used, damaged product sent intentionally to the customer knowing return policy is strict enough to ensure that customer end up either throwing the product or go for repair locally. In the due course of 2 month time, I made at least 50 calls and many complaints to get this sorted out but I never got any response back from HS18 team except their consolation. I was a loyal customer of HS18 for last 4 years and spent lacs of Rs buying products but I am not going to visit them anymore. A great learning with a loss of 3K is better than loosing more in future. They are no trustworthy. Below are some of the complaints I made in Jan and then got tired. HS18 has lost at least one loyal customer I can say.
