Homeshop18 — Fraudulent activities | |||
My order number is[protected] and suborder number is 83610815. I received a pair of sunglasses but I was not satisfied by the product. I was told by Home Shop 18 call center customer care that the refund for the product will be given. So I packed it and returned it to them. Their call center employees say that you have received the item and my Refund cheque is out for delivery. It has been 3 months I have not received anything from them and I have called more than 15 times to their customer care and every time I was told that my refund cheque is out for delivery and will be delivered at my registered address within two days and that's the amount of lies their call center employees speak. The last time I spoke to their call centre supervisor named Ranjita (female) on 23 Sep 2014 at 12:21 pm, who misbehaved with me over the phone and told me my query will never be solved as I don't a complain number.
