I requested the homeshop18 to replace the product, but they are ignoring and not responding at all. And answering very rudely.

Homeshop18 mentioned that product is guaranteed against damages for 2 years. But they are fooling customers making false statements on their channel. They throw the coconut on the glass cook top forcefully and want to who that it will not break even with that.
