[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — harassment for two months

I have been harassed by homeshop 18 for two months now i ordered a sari and they gave me a wrong product a reverse pick up was arranged but again the same product was returned back finally the complaint no is9337903 as the sub order number..today finally they said do whatever you can because we will do like this...i kept on requesting to talk to their seniors but someone mr.satyam said he won't and said do whatever you can..Therefore I have been compelled to file a case against them with consumer forum
