Homeshop18 — Harassment of customers | |||
I had placed the order on 20th May with Home shop 18 with a verbal commitment by the customer representative that if I'm not satisfied with the product quality then a reverse pickup would be arranged and my money would be refunded into my credit card account. The product received was o[censored]tter poor quality and not at all how it looked on the website. After much followup they told me to courier through speed post and send scan copy of courier receipt. I did the same on 5th june. There after I have been mailing and calling them for my refund but I'm not getting any response or revert from Homeshop18. How can such a reputed site behave in such a irresponsible way. I'm really stuck and this kind of behaviour is a big discouragement for me as a customer. They are not afraid of any thing. I really urge to help me get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
