[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Haven't got my product, though I paid in Advance | |||
Dear Sir Hello Sir I ordered Trident towel set of 12 pcs. From Homeshop18.com on 17, jan, 2014 and in this reference I got my order no. and shipment id. They shipped my order through DOTZOT courier (DTDTC) on 19.jan, 2014(as per their information by sms). After 12 days, till now I didn’t got my product. When I contact our local courier, he said that he had not received any courier from homeshop18.After that I made contact to courier office in Jaipur & Udaipur But all in vain. Sir than I contact through email to Homeshop18 and in reply I got email from Custom Support Mr Vishal Mathur that they are looking into the matter but after 48 hrs Mr.Mathur replied that, as per their courier partner my product has been delivered to me on 22 jan 2014 . Sir I again made contact to our local courier service but he replied the same that he had not any parcel in his office. Sir, now my request to you is that kindly go through the matter I help me to get my product . Your initiative will also help our country people to be cheated by these componies. Please do the needful. Thanking you in anticipation.
