[Resolved] Homeshop18 — HCL ME Tablet dosnt have those features which they claimed on TV | |||
We bought a HCL Tablet on cash on delivery mode, but those features are missing which were mde up on TV, They claimed it on TV that it is an HD product and also it has been mentioned on the packed of the HCL tab but when we tried to get a hold of the company's call centre they actually admitted it but not ready to get it back and refund the amount. I am a media person but before taking any further step i just want to use milder activities to have my issue resolved one such i am doing it like this...
