Homeshop18 — hcl tablet not working properly

i have bought hcl me connect 3g tablet ...it has lot of problem in it...i cant update anything in it...it has an older version in it.. from past 15 days i am giving complaint...but der is noo response...the power on/off button is not working.. music player is not working..they not even exchange d tablet...
