[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Homeshop18 is not refunding the product. | |||
I have placed an order in September Order no.[protected], but it has been found that the product is damaged and immediately w546e have informed about this to the HomeShop 18 customer care. We have requested for Refund Process as we dont want this damaged product niether need the exchange of this product. Whenever we use to Call HopeShop 18 customer care, it is always been told that they have called us but noone has responded to the call, but the reality is we never ever receive the call from their end and we call everyday to know the status of Complain number :[protected] . They dont even update the everyday call status against this complain number and always say that you will receive a call within 24hours. No one called us till now and now its around 25 days that the issue is still open without any resolution. Moreover the executives of HomeShop18 customer care are very rigid to talk to, they don't have talking and professional behaviour. They always lie to the customer and talk to us in very in professional way. In this case I would recommend to take severe actions against such employees and customer should never buy products from such online sites. Please help me out in resolving this Refund process completely on ASAP basis. Was this information helpful? | |||
