Homeshop18 — HomeShop18 not returning the money/check even after returned the materials

Hi, I have purchase one item, Order No.[protected] but found that the item was faulty when i open the packet. So I have complained in customer care & returned the materials.They also given receive confirmation but they didn't give the check or money.
