Order No. :[protected] Sub Order No. :[protected] Name: Priyanka Patel WE had ordered a Zoha collection from HomeShop18, on Cash On Delivery, once it was received we found that the material quality was very poor and out of 5 nos. 2 nos. was defective, so we decided to return the same, after that we made several calls to them and came to know what we have to do next, we returned the article as per address given by them, also made a whatsapp on their number as intimated than there was no response from their side, and from them side they reject our parcel docket no. CG[protected]IN (Price Paid Rs. 84) speed post and send back same to me. Now I was sent this again and docket no. CG[protected]IN (Price Paid Rs.84) yesterday it is more than 25 days, we are calling they inform us that they have not received any article, online status shows rejected by them. again after that there was no call from their side, now they tell to take status on there letterhead and send ??? it is only a harassment to us, i feel like cheated by them and will surely not suggest anyone to buy from this site. my contact no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

You are absolutely right, homeshop18 costumer care is worst, I am facing the same problem as yours, got the damaged product and for return homeshop 18 has not the enough courage to correspond through email, repeatedly sending messages. Beware of this site and warn others not to buy any product from them on your facebook and twitter pages.
