[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Ineffective Product

This is with respect to my several complaints(ref no.[protected], regarding return of the product against my order No. 95944425. The product ordered by me was received by me promptly and in good condition.But the product is not effective at all. I made several telephonic complaints but i was given assurance that the executive will call me back within 48 to 72 hours but nobody has called me.
