This is with reference to my order no:[protected] for Intex Nano Star Dual Sim mobile phone IMEI number : [protected]. Reason : This mobile is not working. 1) Mike is not working. 2)Display gone. I want the replacement of this mobile as there is no service center. I visited as per the information your people provide to me. I have contacted on the number provide by your people. This mobile is not working from the day of purchased after a weeks time. You people must having my call records for which I called you. Its really turf for me to remove time from my day to day schedule. Please, request you to do the needful. They gave used mobile and not ready to replace and we can do anything as the warranty is expried. I have raised earlier on [protected]@nationalconsumerhelpline.in, but not receive revert. They called me and said we will not give any replacement check with Intex mobile.
First of all I bought mobile from Homeshop 18 and its there responsibility to give me the service. They cant take there hands off.
I purchased mobile from them, in the month of October 2015. Documents are attached.
I want compensation with mobile.
