this is raghavendra here, last month I purchased a xolo windows phone from homeshop18.order no[protected].mobile worked well first week.but after that it gave lot of problem.so I called customer care n asked for replacemneg but they said it is not possible, take it to xolo service center they said.so I went there, asked them for replacement.somehow I got DOA letter from them.after getting I again called customer care n asked procedure for replacement .they said me to mail DOA letterand wait for 48 hours, within that time they will call back n give solution they said.its already 6days passed I mailed them the DOA letter but there is no response only.whenever I call they will tell, a call is arranged for u, our executive will call n solve they said.but I didn't get any call at all.they r such a irresponsible people they don't even reply to mail.Now I m worrying what to do as DOA is issued mobile can't be repaired, it as to be only replaced .I m really not knowing what to do with this people.please anyone help me.
