[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Item not delivered on time | |||||
Hi Sir/Mam, i ordered an item from Homeshop18 online on 28th Sept, 2015 & paid for the product through my credit card. They promised to deliver the item on 30th Sept 2015, but till date i have not received my item. My order number is[protected]. The AWB of the aramex courier which they provided is [protected]. Now when i spoke to customer care of the courier company they said that they have not received the courier by Homeshop18. I need the item to gift it on friends birthday on 1st October. If they have no ability to deliver the item on time then they should not tell the delivery date. I have spoken to customer care of Homeshop 18 and they have no idea where the parcel is. Also they are not replying me with the satisfied answer. Also they are not refunding my amount. Please help me. regards manish Was this information helpful? | |||||

Then please tell me how months should i wait. you are making fool of the customers. if this is your service then am worried what would be the quality of the product which is not yet delivered.
