[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Lava wifi router - Defective product sent | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased Lava Wifi Router W200 online on Homeshop 18 ordered (Order No[protected] on 19th Nov and received on 24th Nov and tried installing the same. Could not install due to the defective product Immediately raised concern to replace the product vide complaint no[protected] and got the response that the concerned dept would contact to understand the issue which did not happen till date I have taken the product to the Lava customer care centre and they confirmed that the product is defective I request you to take action against Home Shop 18 for their poor customer service and not bothered to resolve the issue and the seller Tarash Overseas Pvt.Ltd for supplying defective product and cheating the customer Many thanks in advance Regards Shekar Ganti [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
