[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — LOW QUALITY AND WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY

Sir, I am CHINMAYA RANJAN MISHRA, From orissa, i am a regular customer of HS18 at least from 4, 5 years, we had ordered a no of items by watching HS18 channel, Last time i have ordered a (CRYSTAL INDUCTION COOKER) but after using 10 days it shows problems but after several attempts to repair the product i fail to contact or replay with HS18 team and CRYSTAL, any way i move on from that incident, This time i have ordered a combo of 3 Denim o[censored]BER URBAN, SUB ORDER NO[protected] when it delivers to me 1- I have seen that out of three jeans 2 of them are of same colour, 2- And even the design or the product shown on HS18 channel are way different that delivered to me, there is no design on the denim, all are just simple plain jeans, no design or patterns on either side of the ZIP that shown on T.V, 3-After that some stitching's on the denims are not in proper manner, on one denim there is two small hole type scratch mark on the leg, 4-The pockets on the front side are so tight that i cant put my phone or my hand on either side of pocket on front side, only my four finger can able to get inside, and back side pockets are so tight that i cant keep mp wallet inside, 5-The sunglasses given with this product is so third class that by holding those glasses one cant ever imagine to put on them on, if you could able to see the glasses which i have complained to HS 18 to replace plz check the quality of those glasses, Its my humble request to you as a regular costumer don't appreciate these kind of product, this time i have loss my faith on HOME SHOP 18, So please don't give false information on your channel about the quality of the product on your show or else check the quality of the product which is delivered to your(HS18) COSTUMER by the company, Sorry if i Write any harsh line but i need a reply from your side on this matter, And for your kind information i have complaint earlier about this product to HS18 on toll free number and they assured me to replace the order but i might afraid that my issue can resolve, so need a reply from your side about delivering lower quality product,
