I purchased spice x life dragon grey color mobile phone on 31.3.2016 after receiving this phone with in 15 days my mobiles display got damage with out falling down.in warranty period i paid from my pocket to repair mobile and put new display spending 1450 rupees. that is not all after that again in 20 days my display got damaged now its got damaged when it is not used for 5 days it was laeing on table i was just using it to check my mails not for calling things... i repaired it again after spending again 1450. with this issue i am facing other issue also for this phone like camera not working properly, touch is not working properly internet not working properly and so on. so i went in the service centre to repair the same so service person is telling me i have to pay from my pocket to repair the same as it is not in warranty as mobile display is replaced. spice is 3rd class company. i don't understand why the good brand like home shop 18 i'd keeping this type of third class phone. with no resolution and 3rd class product and their service. i have taken this product non because of spice. but i have taken this product because of home shop 18. now i have to think before shopping from home shop 18. i want my problem to be resolve nor i will file complained in consumer court and i will twit on twitter.
