[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — money not refunded

my order no is[protected] . i had ordered 2 baby floats on 3rd may ... by 9 th they were recieved by me but that was wrong order .. i complaint it via call they send to courier ir back i waiting for 2 weeks no one turned up to take it back i again made a call they told to send it to us and v ll revert back ur courier amount .. i did it on 24 may and it was recieved y 26 th may i called again in first week of june .. but they said status not updated ... i again called by 8th june they said urr money will be refunded by 13th .. still on 13 th i didnt recieve a call or mail ... today thats 16 th june i called up again again they have the same answer .. tht courier detaisl have not been updated ... .SO THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL ON PART OF THIS COMPAMY TAHT CUSTOMER.. IS TAKING PAINS ... FOR PRODUCT ALSO AND FOR HIS MONEY ALSO ...AND WASTING MONEY ON CALLS TOOO ...

I ordered some jewellery items . The quality of goods was bad . Complaint was made to customer care of company .
Company failed to take back goods. Company asked me to send it back . Material returned at my cost . Mr Anuj received it on 8 th nov . First flight confirmed delivery and copy of POD was also sent to company . Company did not reply after 20 th nov and did not returned money. I have send more than 18 mails . I spent almost 3 days in total to chase them . They kept on sending me message that we tried to collect material but fact is this that their executive did not turned up even to our society gate . Our society have a system of maintains records of visitor. Neetu of HS18 asked me to send POD which was also sent . They used delay tactics . They could have trekked the consignment themselves.
