My order no.[protected]. I am returned Spice Mi-511 mobile to Homeshop 18. That mobile reachead warehouse on[protected] & the money refund approved on[protected]. They send a mail to me regarding the money refund approved and the money credited in your account within 2-3 working days. The SMS also they sent. I am regulary followup with mail [protected]@homeshop18.com & phone calss[protected]. All the executives are every saying wait for some more 7-8 days . Now 3 days finished but the refund is not made.
