[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Non-delivery of pre-payed order for a month | |||
I had placed an online order on June 24, 2014 at homeshop18.com. My order number is[protected]. I had placed an order of "Dermawear Women's Black Mini Shaper". The suborder number is 81205017. I have already payed for the order online through my credit card. It has been a month and I have still not received my order. I called their customer care thrice over a span of three weeks and every time they gave me a false assurance that I would receive my shipment in 2 days. But after waiting for a month they have failed to keep their word. They refuse to acknowledge what has gone wrong with the shipping and is also not willing to send a replacement product or repay the amount I have already payed them for the product. They say that they have already shipped the product on 25th June, 2015 through Aramex Courier. They have given me a reference number to track my shipment. The reference number is [protected]. But from the very day of shipping up until today, whenever I try to track my order through Aramex Courier they say that the reference number is invalid. If the shipment has gone missing, it is not my liability. I am very worried that homeshop18 has cheated me to pay for a product that they have no intention to deliver.I want a replacement product delivered to me in a week. I have waited long enough and am not willing to wait any longer. Either they send me a replacement product or repay my full amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
