Dear Sir/Madam I had booked combo of our sarees worth Rs.999/- under order No.[protected]. The article was not received by me after the booking/ Then I made a complaint to your Homeshoppe Executive. He promised me to send the article as early as possible. Now, In your tracking I have found a message saying that consignee refused to take the articles. This is false. No courier man came to me. Courier person made a false statement. I have purchased so many articles from Homeshoppe. There is no occasion when I refused to take the articles. You contact the courier company and ask them why their man is saying that consignee refused to take the article. I shall be grateful if the articles is delivered to me urgently. P.S.
