[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Not getting the refund in respect of returned goods | |||
Hi, I have placed an order through mobile phone on 25th July 2014, and order number for the same is[protected].But i found it defective and not even usable. In order to get my money back and return the goods to Home shop 18 team, I have asked to hand over the goods to their representative and will surely get the amount credited in my account. Now they are saying that they have already released my payment through cheque. It's been more than 15 days but I have not got any amount credited in my account.
