[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Not received courier charges after 52 days of return the product | |||
I purchased ikall combo from homeshop18 . this was totally defective. I return this product to homeshop18. I have spent Rs. 200 as courier charges for return by Dtdc. Homeshop 18 promised me that they will give courier charges for return the defective product. But after 52 days of return the product, I have not received any courier charges. What is this? Who is responsible? Totally cheat refund and return policy! Is it really Shopping makes me happy? Think about your reputation. You have not solve this query after 52 days of return product. Oct 30, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I called many times to homeshop 18 and did not shopping with this co. Till receipt charges. After that I have received charges after long time 2 months. So so poor service . HomeShop18 customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
