dear sir, reference this order no[protected]. i had purses mobile spice mi506 on dated[protected] . but homeshop18 unable to delivered on dated[protected] . then i had send cancellation re question your's sides provided email not receive product for courier . after two- three days i contact the customer care but they can not provided my refunds . in between dated[protected] to 8-012015 i had send many e-mails& calling . but not gated response clearly. i had done talk 1 January 2015 for super wiser he said me you would be find refunds within 4 days but not find in 4 days then i contacted customer care on dated[protected] .7:55 pm approx time his behavior& response was very rough& bad . his words heart me. respected sir i hope to you as soon as refunds to help my amount rs 5499.00. already i had spend rs-100.00 more on phone calling.
