[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Order delayed delivery-no response from customer care | |||
I made a order on october 14 and was mentioned that it will be delivered on october 16.But it was not delivered.When i called the aramex courier they replied that it will be delivered on friday 17 0ct but was not delivered.Then when i called on friday they told it will be delivered on saturday.Now today when i tried to call they are not attending my call.When i called to the home shop18 customer care they are not even contacting the courier person and telling me it will be delivered on monday.Is this the way you respond to customers? Worst experience i have ever have. My order number:[protected] I ordered this for my friend's birthday.But they are telling that the product will be delivered only after the birthday. If i ask them to connect to higher authorities they are putting me on hold for 30 minutes and no response. Please Somebody respond to this compliant. Was this information helpful? | |||
