Homeshop18 — Order not delivered, asking for amount refund | |||
I had placed an order no:[protected] with sub order no: 88255289 on 23rd Sep2014, which was dispatched on 24th Sep 2014 via Ecom Express courier service (AWB No:[protected]. Already 17th Days has been passed. But this order is not delivered yet. HS18 customer care team does not have any update regarding this, when it will get delivered. When I am asking them to cancel this order and refund my money. In this case also they are taking time and not giving me any proper update. Every time I call to their customer care they ask me to wait for next 24 to 48hrs, till now I am waiting but nothing is happening from their end. They don’t have any update from the courier company also. I request you to please look into and ask them to refund my money.
